Litzner Sattel

Seen from shortly below the Seelücke. The Litzner Sattle is a high alpine pass just east of the Großlitzner. No climbing is required to go over there, but it's a serious alpine hiking route. Yesterday afternoon, when we came across, the weather was very different, with the cloud base dropping and threatening skies. And right before we reached the safety of the Saarbrücker Hütte, the rains started. 25 July 2013.
