Looking downstream in the Left Fork of North Creek (The Subway). The "Jug Handle" sandstone arch, marking the canyon's exit point to access South Guardian Angel, is behind the vegetation in the background. The distinctive rock ledge on the left side of this picture can be used to remember where to start looking for the exit point on the left. One can walk over this ledge to avoid the pool. It may be useful to know that the canyon has an entry/exit point to the north (right) directly across from the one to the south. Photo taken 17 September 2005.
