Looking south back down the primitive road that leads directly to the picnic area. Up ahead is a 4-way road junction. The left-right road was an excellent dirt road when we were there. That's the road you should take in, and it goes by the mine. Once you reach the 4-way junction in the picture, turn right (north) onto the primitive road, which will take you to the picnic area. The road south of the 4-way junction that parallels the power poles was a rough road that we came in on. Taking that road was a mistake.
