A weekend immersed in God's creation - from a blistering hot day in Greeley, Colorado that ended with a light show from Heaven, to a hike the next day through snow on Lookout Mountain, Wyoming for a view of Crater Lake.

Before the snow...
Hiked down Deep Creek, then up to Crater Lake and Lookout Mt. Great hike and the view from the top is worth the vert!

Great view of Crater Lake!
After baking in the heat at the Greeley Blues Jam the day before, cooling off at 10,000 feet was just that much sweeter. Lookout Mountain's summit is barely discernible, but the view of Crater Lake is great.

A hike in the treesIt was windy up in the high Snowy Range so I headed down to Lookout Mountain and the trees.
