Lupine along High Divide

Mount Carrie and Cat Peak in the distance as seen from the High Divide in the Olympic National Park. The High Divide can be reached via the Sol Duc trailhead for Deer Lake, Sol Duc Park and Heart Lake. It can also be reached from the Hoh River and an even longer route would be from the Bailey Range. Eight miles to Bogachiel Peak and you're on the Miracle Mile. Great place any time of year..... if you can get there. 7/19/08.
