Melinda ...Even though this is a "western perspective,"
with apparently lots of sunlight hitting the
peak ... it still looks cold! !
Could you please tell me - what's the status
of northern Utah's reservoirs? Are they all in pretty good shape, with the amount of
snow-pack (potential melt-water) they received this past winter.
The Great Salt Lake looks beautiful in this
picture. That must be Willard Bay? THANKS!!!

Re: Melinda ...Thanks Larry. It was cold but not too bad if you keep moving. Our snow pack is doing much better thanks to some late winter and early spring storms. This seems to be a fairly average year. We are still expecting more snow in the higher elevations.
In the background are the Promontory Mountains and the Great Salt Lake. The southern tip of Willard Bay is on the right and Ogden Bay is due west.
