Many people say that Lago de Atitlan is the most beautiful lake in the world. I myself prefer the nobleness of the many untouched and very rarely travelled to lakes deep in the BC mountains. Nonetheless I can't deny the incredible views from the top of Cerro Cristalino( usually called Indians Nose by gringos). I highly recomend sleeping on the top as its got good space for a tent and its relatively safe from banditos
