Mine Tape on Cerro Mogotón

Nearing the summit of Nicaragua’s highpoint, Cerro Mogotón, we finally encountered the markers for the Nicaragua - Honduras border. To summit the peak, one has to cross through an old minefield. Luckily the army has removed the mines in the area, and marked their past location with tape reading “Careful Mined Fields.” I still let Bayardo climb first.
