Climbed with a group
Hiked on light snow, and some ice. I liked that big "pinnacle" thingy, just above the trees. We found a route about half-way up the side.
At the summit, we were joined by a pair of ravens who came to check us out.
We could not traverse to the South summit, because the snow was too dangerous. So that's a goal for "next time".

Normal Scramble route
May 24, 2003 - Winter conditions (deep snow on summit ridge), warm and sunny. North summit only.
June 2004 - Beautiful sunny day, my partners wished to turn back after the North summit. I'll be back for the full traverse.

Baldy Traverse
Easy day out, not much elevation. Some fun scrambles on the last peak (west summit)...great circuit!

Southwest shoulder
It took no time at all to reach the top of Baldy so we decided to continue on along the ridge. To our dismay though the downclimb heading to the west summit was quite impassible without a rope or ice axe. It was also my first time up there so I may have been trying to downclimb in the wrong spot.
The views were great and by the sounds of the other posts here I picked the right time to climb. Not a soul to be had on the mountain.
Route Climbed: Southwest Ridge Date Climbed: June 2003
Did this in an afternoon and enjoyed nice weather and views. There was a school-bus parked at the base and not so much to our surprise, we soon reached a full school-bus load of energetic kids making their way up the trail! Pretty popular peak!
Route Climbed: Baldy Traverse Date Climbed: July 22, 2005
this scramble was fun, the hardest part was downclimbing the west summit when it started to rain a bit. We started at 4 pm and got back to the car at 8 pm. I am rather suprised at our pace since I am slow and usually in the upper limits of the suggested round trip time for all the other scrambles.
Route Climbed: Traverse Date Climbed: June 25, 2005
Started out late in the afternoon with threats of rain, but it turned out to be a gorgeous day for Baldy. Once we got to the summit of Baldy we decided to do the traverse over to South Baldy and then to West Baldy! The best was definitely saved for the last--West Baldy far exceeded my expectations in all areas! Round trip was just over 5 hours. A fantastic scramble with a great view of K-country and the foothills.
Route Climbed: Baldy Traverse Date Climbed: July, 2003
Baldy is right off of 40. Past Barrier Lake there is a creek and turn off on left. Scramble up a trail to the west ridge. It took me 1 hour and 15 minutes to the summit. There is a register. I then traversed to the middle peak. Some exposed down climbing here. Then on to the SW peak. This is the crux of the three summit traverse. Up climbing was not bad, but down climbing takes some skill. Just return to the col between the middle and SW summit and head back out through the drainage.
I enjoyed a large spruce grouse on the way to the summit and solid views of Mount Lougheed Traverse, Mount Kidd and Bogart as well as The Wedge to the south.
Route Climbed: the sweet way along the exosed ridge Date Climbed: May 1, 2005
I and a friend made it up in 2 hours and 22 minutes, stopping numerous times along the way for pictures. When we got to the top, we started attempting to traverse to the neighbouring peaks, but we couldn't find the right trail. It took one hour to get all the way back down to the road.

2.5 hours round trip. A very pleasent outing. Good morning scramble as I had to return my car by 2:00 pm. Had the mountain to myself but I am sure it get crowded at times.
