Perfect day
First trip to the White Mountains and couldn't be happier with the choice for my first summit. Absolutely beautiful day with 360 views.

Vic's getaway week
Great views. Weather was perfect. Minimal bugs at the lower levels. Maps and sign say 2.5 miles. GPS tracking recorded 3.7. It was very steep and a challenge for us in our early 50's but we did it!

Good one for all
I bring hikers of all kinds and dogs on this user friendly trail
Last peak of the day on a loop up the Dry River trail and down the Davis Path. Reached this summit just before sunset. Almost bumped into a bear in the dark before reaching the road.

Lovely mountain. But I really do hate those little blood sucking buggers.
Being my favorite short hike in all of New Hampshire I have hiked this 9 times for overnights. Sunsets are beautiful. Mt Crawford's summit offers the best views in the White Mountains (for the smallest effort)
My wife and I climbed Mt. Crawford at the end of a wet and overcast week-long summer vacation. Although my wife likes hiking and has climbed some smaller mountains in New York, I knew that an ascent of any of the Presidentials would be too much for her. I was told that Crawford was an easy-moderate hike with nice views... and I was not disappointed. This would be a good beginner mountain... relatively short in distance, moderate grades, but hard enough to know you earned the views.
