Looks like fun!

What is the approach on this climb, Sam? Route description doesn't really give any distances or elevation gain. Looks like you guys had a good time!

Nice photos Sam! Dirk, the approach is the Piute Pass Trail. The route starts just past the point where the red crumbly Piute Pinnacles end and Mt. Emerson begins!

A relitively short approach by Eastern Sierra standards. Out of North Lake, about a half hour up the Piute Pass trail (moderate elevation gain) until you're right below the Southeast Face. Then about 500 or 600 feet up the talus slope to the base of the route.
