Still not alone
We just missed a party of 5 on Delano Peak only to run into a solo hiker on Mt Holly. Chatted with him for a bit before heading home. The goats were out in force today, saw probably 80 of them split between two herds

Beautiful Tushar
Started at the Skyline Trail, and did Delano first, then headed over to Mount Holly, where there were about 50 head of mountain goats grazing on it's southern slopes. The north side of Mount Holly might be one of the most beautiful scenes in Utah that I've ever seen, with amazing views of Brigham Peak across a huge erosive valley.
Beautiful hike from Delano Peak ... about 1.5 miles from Delano. Have to descend a steep, rocky section, but mostly on big grassy ridges and slopes. Descended to Skyline Trail from Holly and made a loop back to our campsite on Griffith Creek. Beautiful area with lots of mountain goats and also saw elk. Beware that the approach is from a major ATV trail and finding a campsite away from the noise and dust is not easy.

Ski
Blustery day with stiff wind and black clouds, icy slopes, but new summit for me :-)
Climbed after we topped out on Delano. Parked between Griffith and Poison Creeks, took the ridge up to Delano, then followed the ridgeline over to Holly. Took the most direct route possible back to the car. Great day, the lack of trails really adds to the experience.

Spring in the Tushars
2014-07-05 Mount Holly - Delano Peak quad; 1,946' vertical feet. Rambling ascent along the stunning class 1 Skyline National Recreational Trail #225. A connector trail through the glen ascends to the summit.
Started at the big bend in the road (North Fork Three Creeks) and first snowshoed to Lake Peak and then over to Mount Holly. Super windy on Holly but otherwise the weather was nice. On the way back my son sank into his waist in a meadow and that was with snowshoes on, but usually the snow supported us.

Goats
Climbed from Lake Stream Rd on the way to Delano. Saw lots of mountain goats near the summit.
Climbed from Delano after summiting Delano, East Delano, and Delano Brigham Ridge Peak. Came very close to some mountain goats on the summit. Descended Mount Holly on the Skyline trail and back to my car at Griffith Creek
walked up from lower Big John Meadow, went a ways on Skyline trail, up to saddle between Holly and Delano, then up Holly, then to Delano, then to 12045' peak to east, then back over Delano and out. Would have done more, but I was afraid my companions would call SAR.
Climbed Mount Holly with my daughter and son-in-law from the area of the ski resort. We were looking for Delano Peak, but by the time we summited Mount Holly we were ready to go back to the car.
I believe we climbed this peak somewhere around July 1985?

To see the goats
We climbed Holly on our Delano climb because we wanted some better pics of the mountain goats... they were everywhere!

from Delano
I climbed this with Dave Frey and seven 14 to 15 year-old boy scouts including Derek Muaina, David Cowan, Nick Reed, Doug Bowman, Mike Workman, Steve Mounteer, and Joey Moore. We also climbed Delano Peak the same day and Dave Frey and I bagged Lake Peak the next morning. We were completing the 3 peaks hike as part of the Beaver High Adventure Base (BAHB). On July 17, 2001 I bagged the same three peaks again - same BHAB program, different hiking companions.

With Delano
Climbed from Big John Flat. The snowmelt turned the lower slopes into fields of mud.
