Changing vote due to no response to suggestions on improving the page. This is an important peak (14er) and needs to be maintained on a regular basis. The page has not been updated in a year.
July 19, 2003: Page is much improved. Thank you for the updates.
Andy- If a person has a constructive comment I always incorporate it into the page in a timely manner. I dont think it is essential to modify a page periodically if there has been no addition or change.

Another very good page, although it has a shortage of great photos compared to most other fourteeners. People are too tired and too rushed to take many pictures after climbing Belford, no doubt.
You were certainly the early bird to claim all the fourteener peaks in this area on SummitPost. (I'm envious.)

Thanks for the kind words and nice votes. Having ID #15 helped to get some of the peaks early. But while I was climbing Handies, Redcloud, and Sunshine in 2001 I ran into a guy named Peter Eliassen who had climbed these peaks( Oxford, Belford, Huron, Missouri ) and I told him about summitpost and said he should submit them...(I hadn't climbed these peaks yet). This was way early in summitpost history. He did submit them and was the original maintainer. Then he moved to Africa in the Peace Corps for a couple years, said he couldn't maintain them any more, and after some talk with the founder of this site, Josh, we agreed I should adopt them. I have truly enjoyed the experience. I have since climbed them, but in the early days of summitpost the one eyed man in the land of the blind wound up with the mountains.
