Mt. Shasta from the PCT south of Gumboot Saddle. The canyon running across the picture is the headwaters of the Sacramento River, California's longest and largest. The rounded dome on the right is "Gray Rock Dome" which lies just inside the Castle Crags Wilderness.

Impressive

I wish I was there. The weather in my country is awful these days. Now I read a book about trekking in the Alps to cheer myself up. :)
