Mount Walker North Summit

Several of the major peaks of the Olympic Mountains can be seen from the north viewpoint, which is also the true summit, of Mount Walker. Peaks such as Mount Constance, Warrior Peaks, and Cloudy Peak (as shown here) loom to the west of the summit's panoramic view. Because of its ideal viewpoint, a USFS Fire Lookout once stood at this location from 1931 until 1967. Photo taken on June 13, 2009.
