50 mile drive
After completing So. Pahrock earlier in the day, it seemed reasonable to also get this one. The summits have great views and the road is really one of the better ones I've seen on a peak like this. Thanks to Ken Jones who was a great tour guide since he had been here just the previous year.
12-9-12 Visited the summit again with Dennis P. We had camped at Cathedral Gorge State park the night before and the temps got down to around 7 degrees. We had blue skies to make up for the cold but it was nice to revisit this one with a good friend.

Easy and fun
Good road, nice short hikes amid open slopes with fine views. Life could be worse...
