Nice page but it appears that the coordinates may be wrong. They put Backbone Mountain in West Virginia.

I have noticed that the coordinates given for the MD highpoint don't seem right in Google Earth/maps.
They look to be about a half mile north of the actual location.

I think what you may be referring to is the highest point of BACKBONE MOUNTAIN is in West Virginia.

I'm planning on visiting in July, I'll check the GPS location when I get there.

Smallest Church? Not.

Good SP page. I do want to comment that the "Smallest Church in the Lower 48 States" must be "self-proclaimed", because I have seen and visited several smaller ones in the western States. But of these ultra-small churches, I will say this is the nicest.
