There's a relatively new (not present on my paper map from 2005 but shown by mapy.cz) blue trail marking from Holy vrh towrds the Magistrála (and further to Jakubovany), which might be added to the opportunites described in the Routes section. No personal experience, I only noticed it after returning home from Baranec.
