Great peak!

This looks like a great peak in an otherwise obscure and desolate location. It must be quite prominent, no?

Yes, actually I was just debating whether or not to mention the prominence. There is over 5200 feet as you probably know, but I'm guessing that the vast majority of people who view this page will have little or no interest in prominence.

Most people probably would not care about prominence, in general. However, there are *many* more people interested in ULTRAS (peaks with 5000'+ of prominence) than those interested in general prominence. That is the only reason I would mention it. But it is your choice. Good page, all the same.

I gotta admit, it's always entertaining to here about your passion for prominence. Makes me want to do a little more research on how the whole system works. Nice page by the way Adam!

It is fairly technical (some might say boring) in nature. It is much easier to understand prominence better when a person focused on it describes it in-person, in a manner any person can understand.
