I have to admit the route I chose ate up a few more minutes than expected. I remembered from my last trip to the park seeing a quaint sign along the road indicating Diamond Peak and noting it would be a gentle stroll along the ridge from there. Instead, I took the billy goat's way up, stopping a time or two for a little huffing and puffing. Thanks again Chad for making the location notable here.
