you might want to check your coordinates. 116 E is not in the US and going to the nearest degree isn't very accurate. Try -116 and it will come out as 116 W. Let me know if you have any questions and I can help you out.
I don't know why the coordinates I entered rounded off to the nearest degree but I'll fix it pronto. Thanks for the input.
