The USGS maps do not show any bump at 2371' on the northwest ridge of Big Moose, and the coordinates you gave are to the southeast of that peak. Is it this one (2403')? Or maybe this one (2367')? More precise coordinates, and much more detailed hiking directions, are needed.
Thanks for the coordinates, the second, 2367' is correct. I was going by the topo map on the wall in my camp.
