Thanks! You'll have most Irish hills and mountains to yourself on a given day, but I climbed a really popular one on a bank holiday, so I guess I deserved it.
Very nicely done. I would have never pictured such a dramatic peak like this in Ireland. You can bet if I ever go to Ireland I'll be hitting this peak. Thanks for sharing and take care!
I always get a kick out of these peaks the elitists don't even consider "mountains" when they often are far taller from base to summit than peaks these same folk have no problem with defining as "mountains".
Great post! I'd like to see the mountains of Ireland some day.
Thanks for the comment. I really enjoyed the year that I lived there, and you're right...it is a beautiful country. I don't think I'll ever see a greener place in my life.

Untitled CommentThanks. I wish I would have caught this peak on a sunny day, but I'll have to settle for one picture.

Untitled CommentGood page. The mountain indeed looks impressive for its small height.

Untitled CommentBeautiful mountain and country. I had the opportunity to hike the Burren Way in 2003 and can't wait to get back, maybe in the spring of 2007.

Untitled CommentThanks for the vote. The area is beautiful (as is the Burren).
