Nice and informative like always! Have a good one!
Thanks for the vote. That Barney sure does get around. Here he is up by Mt. Buckner last August.
Thumbs up.
Cow Heaven: Maybe the cows are in heaven because the bears ate them.
Nice to have photos from two different seasons, with and without snow. I gotta check out Washington State.
Good stuff, Paul.
Very nice.
Terrific page--in my (probably not so very) humble opinion, a model of what the best of SP is about!
Thanks. Well, I've been at it a long time and have improved my scope and style a lot. Check out some of my earlier pages for comparison.
Done with your customary proficiency. Looks like things haven't changed much since I was up there 25 years ago.
Nice page Paul. I think the Cow Heaven thing is listed in Falcon's Hiking North Cascades book (I remember looking at the steep elevation vs. position plot)...I'll check tonight.
Great page. Looking at doing some peaks in August in Washington State. It doesn't look like I will have to worry about snow.
True dat. Forest fires will be the real problem this summer. Be prepared to change your plans to a new venue at the last minute. Thanks for the vote.
Nicely done, Paul! You keep tempting me to come on up north with your great pages. Don't stop - I'll get there eventually! Best regards, Don
