My hope that someone would show up with a description of the traverse from Blanca to Little Bear has been fulfilled in rmjwinters, this page's new maintainer. Also big kudos to Barry Raven for his wonderful contributions to this page. Awesome improvements all around. Little Bear is now well represented on SP.
Elligwood Point and Little Bear are in the hands of a new maintainer. Given the nature of these mountains and the lack of material, I think he's done a good job and shows much potential. He's not quite as wordy as I am, but that is a good thing for most folks. Anyway, check it out when you have a chance. I appreciate your support for SP and look forward to hearing from you in the future.
I wish I had more pictures of it. The monsoon flow was heavy that year and by the time I hit Blanca's summit I was in a shroud of clouds. In fact, once I got past Captain Bivwacko Tower, the traverse was limited to about 20 ft visibility. It was a nutty day!

Untitled CommentGood job with this page! I originally voted 4 stars to keep it from being snatched by a squatter, but it truly is a four star page. Way to go!
