Round Top is visible from Lookout Mountain. I was trying to take a long Panoramic in that direction when my camera battery died. Always at the worst times right?
Freezeout ridge is the road in. You travel along FSR 301 for several miles along the ridge. I also hiked Grandmother Mountain on this trip but haven't put the page together yet.

Nice countryI spent a summer a few miles away from here at the Round Top FS work center. Wonder if that still exists?
Freezeout Ridge is close to this to the south and has great views. Have you ever been up there?
