McGregor Mountain is a worthy peak for this site. Thanks for putting it up.
Suggestions/improvements:
1. Add Topozone coordinates so the Topozone link appears on the left. The coordinates you need are 48.4082 -120.7981(where the negative sign is required for the longitude value).
2. Add this link to your Lady of the Lake comment in the Getting There section: http://www.ladyofthelake.com/. This way people can find the relevant ferry schedule information quickly.
Hard to answer the question not knowing what your criteria is for "many."
I have climbed approximately 300 peaks in Washington, 100 or so of these in the North Cascades. I know (climb with) lots of friends who have done way more than me.
Welcome to SummitPost, and good first page! I'm in agreement with the comments (see below) of Scott Patterson and Klenke. One suggestion from me is that McGregor Mountain looks to have a spectacular view from the summit, and I'd like to see pictures posted that show that view.
Also, was interested in your Profile Page comment. SP is a wonderful resource in finding people to climb with--there are actually many of us that'd rather be in the mountains than in front of the TV! So another suggestion is to, over time, use SP to find some climbing partners.
Thank you, You have quite the resume as far as climbing in the South goes, those peaks look pretty technical. It turns out that we climbed diamond head a month and 2 days apart the exact same year
Yeah, I'm working on the resume a bit. I've only been climbing seriously for about a year and a half, so I feel that I've still got a lot to accomplish. A lot of the climbs I've done share the mountain with technical routes, but aren't technical in and of themselves. I've done one or two routes that might be class 5.0 with absolutely no exposure, but I'm still working towards roped climbing. Take it easy and enjoy the mountains!
Nice pictures. You are Scott's son I'd guess (sorry, forgot your name).I would not recomend a rope, due to significantly increased rockfall. (Maybe a short section to belay a few spots.)

Untitled CommentGreat page.
Here's a few more suggestions:
This thread will explain how to make a link "live".
For a signature picture:
Hold the mouse over a photo without clicking. An id number will appear. Go to "edit page" and enter that number into the section.
Once again, good page.

Untitled CommentA very nice first page - especially for someone so young. Many older members have not submitted near this quality.

Untitled CommentIt's good to see some younger members posting quality material (although you've got me beat soundly as far as youth is concerned). Good work!
Also, a side note: If you're not going to use the Miscellaneous info section at the bottom, you might want to delete it.
