Thanks Gangolf, been climbing today (crampons in near white out, the great Canadian Rockies), and the guide book was off in quite a few places, one in particular it said 100 meters left, it was 250 meters, I went half way up the wrong chimney chocked full of ice because of it, before I backed off and re-routed.
