Actually, I sat down to complete the Pioneer Basin group and realized Mt. Stanford the only one you've climbed and the obvious one to start with, isn't on SP yet. Rats. :-)

It was probably wise. I thought it would be "fun" to run the ridge connecting the two and ran into serious air. I ended having to drop down nearly the whole way on the south side before heading back up to Versteeg. They would have been swearing at you the whole time. :-)

I like the labels on the shots. They and the interactive map put even a dumb Euro like me into perspective. The summit looks quite rugged.
