This is a good start. Three things you ought to do right off the bat:
1. Add more description of the area. Talk about the Highlands, especially since that area page is going nowhere. You might say something else about the state forest it is in too. Plus, why should people go there? The city view is a good point. Is that all?
2. Add some route description. If you are not going to add a route page, which is probably not warranted for this summit anyway, you ought to include at least brief description of the trail, things to look for landmarks, etc.
3. Fix you hyperlink.
These are just thoughts. Understand that this is constructive criticism.
