Mount Monadnock may be the most popular mountain in the U.S. so if you are in the area this is a good mountain to climb and also you can view Monadnock from here-one of my friends used to climb up here a lot and recommended it highly.

The view of the pinnacle itself from the plateau below surpasses any view which you get from the summit. It is indispensible to see the top itself and the sierra of its outline from one side....
