There are a couple ways. I found an easy class 3 way to climb to the true summit, just to the right of the true summit. That is only the last 10'. If you want some scrambling fun, it seems like if you approach from the east side for the last 100' or so, you would have mostly class 2/easy class 3 moves. Nothing too hard, but casual day hikers may get spooked. Too bad for them though, because the true summit has the best views!
