Suppose you are in the Valais but you haven't the time or energy for a 12-15 thousand foot mountain. You can climb this in a day and view all the big ones.

I have so nice memories on this region. With children we did the circle around Point de Drone. Three passes, beautiful views, excellent weather. But we didn't know at that time for the summit in the centre of our tour.
