What a strange name for a mountain!

Great gob!!! The only thing I have to suggest now is to make your links active. To learn how to do that go to HTML Basics. Scroll down until you see the word "links." Its about half way down the page.

Thanks for the change I will get the climbing overview section ready and then add it to the Misc section next week some time.

Cheers

I would be happy with any Rock Climbing info you have on this peak. Myself, I don't rock climb, so I have limited information on it. I posted some general info I found on a adirondack site, but that's all I could find.

I do know that it is one of the premier climbing spots in the Adirondacks.

Good NY page you might want to add the the Adirondack group when you edit the page it is before the overview section.

Campground closed!

In the budget-cutting fervor of 2009, the state campground at the base was closed. I am not sure if you can still camp there or not, but there are no ranger services. More to report after next week.
