I really enjoy summitposts on the peaks of the mountain ranges in the middle of the country. They really do look a whole lot like the Southern Appalachians.

Great Page

Good info for folks that summit county hp's. Had no idea this was the highest in OK not in the panhandle. Returning the courtesy - I added a link to your page via the Rich Mtn, Arkansas page. Thanks for creating the page.
Now you got me hooked on the history of Sequoyah. Is modern day Tulsa within its boundaries? What was the capital or proposed capital?

Tulsa would have been part of Sequoyah, but I'm not sure if it Or Muskogee would have been put forward as the Capital.
