Nice page. As soon as I figure out how to work/download from my new digital camera, I'll have some decent pictures to add to it. Glad you added this page. I was thinking this peak was Tressider the whole time I was there.
You may have done. I was just taking a look at a thread on the SuperTopo site about the NW Buttress, and someone there said his USGS maps label the peak as Tressider. Weird.

Untitled CommentCuriously, Topo! lists the variant name for Tressider Peak as Tenaya Peak. Browning's "Place Names of the Sierra" doesn't say anything about this.
