Excellent page, Jeremy! Thanks for taking the time to promote the El Paso county summits! I wasn't an astute handleveler when I visit this contour back in '05 and didn't pickup that it was higher than 9385! Glad I made the side trip over there to visit it.
Thank you! I will improve the layout of the pictures a little bit - some fine tuning, if you will. :)
Yes, I think that this peak gets a bit overshadowed by its lower unofficially (for now) named sub-summit (Eagle), and by the spot elevation of 9385, since the 9400' BM isn't indicated by USGS nor by TOPO! or Google Earth.
...why the BM says 9400, but it's listed on LoJ as 9385B. My own GPS readings confirmed that I was on the summit, but I know it's to inaccurate to say for sure which elevation figure is correct.

Re: I wondered too...
Actually, it has since been fixed. 9400 is the parent peak, and 9385 is now simply an unranked spot elevation. North BM (from LOJ) has been changed to Eagle Peak (based on signage, history, etc.), although it is obviously still unranked.
