Backcountry Boarding
camped at upper lake below summit. endured heavy winds which almost blew us off mountain during night and glad we tied to the two tree tops sticking out! awesome boarding but bit scary on cornice on summit.
A gentle climb in perfect weather up the SW and NW ridges to the top of this lovely mountain in under 3 hours from the car. Started from a lower road than one we found later which would ultimately give even higher access and offer a climb of ~ 2 hours to the top.
Stunning views in all directions. Highly recommended.
