snowshoes?

I'm thinking about hiking to mt Pilchuck this weekend. would you say i'm definitely going to need ice axe and snowshoes?

Winter Route

There was a lot of steep snow going up direct North Face snow slope. I had crampons/ ice axe, and had to use both. Snow is melting quickly though, you probably won't need crampons but an axe is always smart on open, steep slopes. If the weather is warm, you will be postholing, snow shoes could be nice.
