Fun scramble
Crossed glacier with Kyle and Jordan. Kyle waited at the base of the scramble, Jordan and I continued. Downclimb to glacier was a little bit sketch for Kyle.

Inside the bowl
Wasn't sure about the drop down from Albert Edward, so I hiked the inside of the bowl. Very interesting route looking up at the Albert Edward cliffs.
Bagged Albert Edward's ugly cousin from the route that leaves the tourist path up AE just below the summit.
An excellent mountaineering route with something for everybody.
About 12 hours return from a camp at "Circus Lake". Should normally be ~ 10 hours with accurate foreknowledge of the route but we wasted lots of time on 3 false starts up the summit block.
After a wet approach and night, the morning was crystal clear for the initial hike up AE. Clag rolled in for the summit block however and we got no summit views. Rain during most of the descent and the wet rock made for some spincter tightening moments on the climb back up to the approach ridge.
