Mt. Teneriffe is higher than...

Mt. Teneriffe is higher than Mt. Si, visible here to the west, by about 600 ft. However, and perhaps thankfully, Mt. Si gets all the pedestrian traffic. Teneriffe via its Southwest Ridge is a much better outing both for the solitude and the views (mainly the views out east, of which Si has none really). You won't be completely alone on the weekend, but it will seem like you are if you compare it with Mt. Si. Photo taken Nov. 9, 2003.
