Mummy - Hagues - Fairchild
Hiked all three peaks in a day after a camp at the Lawn Lake backcountry campsite. Watched the sunrise while ascending Mummy. The summit provided a great view of the Roaring River and the erosion caused by the 1982 flood.
A long approach from Long Lake trail head and a fun steep tundra and talus scramble at the end! I met no one above tree line and had a wonderful mountain ascent in complete solitude.

not cursed
Was going to try curse of the mummy (Mummy Mania ++), but we didn't have it that day.

Mummy Mania
Would have been 6 of 6 on this long day. Lightning forced a hastey retreat just 20-30 feet from summit...I feel robbed.

#6 Mummy Mania
With Eric Holle. Final summit of Mummy Mania trek. We were in a big hurry at this point to get to treeline before threatening clouds closed in. The aches of 14 miles completed and 6000 vertical feet began to set in. Reached the trees about the time hail began to fall. Long hike out to Lawn Lake TH was made easier with use of Advil. Chapin Pass to Lawn Lake Trailhead (6 summits) in 11.5 hours. Thanks to G. Roach for imagining and publishing this traverse idea. What a day!

Peak #6... sixth and final one... of our Mummy Mania traverse. Did this with pksander. Long, but fun day. The descent off of Mummy seemed especially brutal for some reason. This is a great trip, I'd definately do it again...

Mummy is something of a butt-kicker five summits into Mummy Mania. The traverse from Hagues is slow with lots of rock-hopping, and the 500' climb to Mummy feels twice as long!

Peak 6 in a 6 peak day. We were happy to get there. As our hike leader said - No one loves you like your mummy. Nice traverse from Hagues. It's also nice because you can see the trail back to the Lawn Lake Trailhead from the top. We were happy to see that.
