We picked so many King Bolete mushroom right next to the trail on our way back from Heisshorn and El Punto.

And there's nothing like fresh mushrooms piled atop a greasy hot pepperoni pizza!

Larry, mushrooms on everything... we got so many, so I am cooking it nightly and trying different ways...
