We actually headed out this day with a different objective in mind, but ended up in Phantom Canyon, so... We enjoyed the hike, and despite all the prickly cactus, this turned out to be a pretty good doggie hike. The day started warm and sunny then a spring snowstorm rolled in while we were on the summit and we hike out in clouds.
