correction

"Buena Vista Peak sits at the end of Buena Vista Crest and is the highest point in south-central Yosemite."

Actually, the east end of Buena Vista Crest, unnamed, is higher.

Re: correction

Actually, looking at the map again- it BV Peak doesn't appear to be on the crest at all- the crest seems to be the ridge on the other side of BV pass.

Mt Bruce at 9743 appears to be the highpint of BV Crest- the east side of the crest is only 9737.

I'll mod that sentence to read "among the highest points" :)

Re: correction

There is an unnamed point at the far NE end, that is 9,880ft. Having traversed the ridgeline, it is definitely part of the Buena Vista Crest (I would put Buena Vista Peak on the crest as well, fwiw).
