Fun Hike
Great hike with a short but fun scramble on icy rocks for the finish.

From the South
Tacked this one on after an ascent of UN 9870. Two very cool little peaks, and a great place to hide from terrible snow conditions in the high country! With Jill and KT!
With Eagle Rock, the drive makes it kind of miserable, but still worth it. Summit log was missing.

Funny that it's taken me years to do this peak as I can practically see it from my cabin. What an awesome summit. This is one of those peaks that could get someone hooked on smaller summits. A gem. The views? Yeesh, incredible.

CMC hike. We started at the intersection of Longbow Drive and Road 148 at the Pike NF boundary and hiked north to the rock. We saw no one else. The weather was supposed to be crappy, and we did have a few sprinkles after we left the summit, but that was all. Views are great from up there. I'll have to check out Eagle Rock sometime.

I did this in conjunction with Eagle Rock. I used a mountain bike between the two summits which made the hiking more fun because it was mainly scrambling and elevation gain.
