It's an old rusty

cement mixer! As old as the hills, but it
probably doesn't belong in the hills!

Are there fish in the reservoir, Sarah ???

I'd recon there are fish in the reservoir based on the number of folks I saw pointing big sticks with string on the end into the water. ;)
