Old Mitchell Toll Road
Old Mitchell Toll Road
The section of the Old Mitchell Toll Road along the side of Blue Ridge Pinnacle was used first for Perley & Crockett's railroad beginning about 1913, and then by Model T's and other early automobiles in the twenties and thirties. It now provides a fast, pleasant, and little-used hiking route.
