Notes
Fossana's Biased Review
This book is the bible of foot care for athletes and covers a bewildering array of options for both the prevention and treatment of foot and ankle issues. It also includes case studies of endurance athletes. I picked it up as a newbie ultrarunner and it helped me tremendously with blister prevention. The bottom line is that you have to do what works for you and it might mean doing some experimentation. This book with supply you with the tools to get started.
