This is the first pack I bought. It has served me quite well, but have since bought other packs and this one stays at home. It's pretty light, and handle loads comfortably up to around 25 pounds or so. The bungee system on my pack is fairly useless.....daisy chains would've been more useful. The ice axe loops are plenty large enough to carry 2 axes in each loop. The pack material is pretty durable, although absorbs moisture pretty well. All in all, not a bad little pack, not a lot of bells and whistles, and I have since moved on to Gregory packs....

I owned this backpack for about 5 years (until it got stolen). I recommend it to everyone starting to backpack or light hiking. Not very waterproof everything else is great.
